This auction is in U.S. dollars.

1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above.  If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not bid.  This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement.  Please, only bid on this car if you are serious about owning it and have the funds readily available.

2. PorschePlanet takes eBay auctions very seriously and reserves auctions for honest, qualified, registered bidders with the eBay community.

3. PorschePlanet reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction.

4. Unqualified bidding, deadbeat bidding, or auction interference will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

5. All members with zero (0) feedback or recently changed user ID's must contact PorschePlanet prior to bidding to obtain approval to bid to ensure an honest and fair transaction.

6. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

7. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end.

8. Successful high bidder must contact PorschePlanet within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.

9. All financial transactions must be completed within five (5) business days of auction ending, or prior to shipping or delivery when special arrangements are made, in writing, directly with PorschePlanet.  If the transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit.

10. PorschePlanet has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction.  Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to failure.

11. PorschePlanet welcomes a buyers inspection.  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, all inspections of the vehicle must be made prior to the auction ending.  Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

12. This vehicle is being sold "as is."  Seller makes no representations or warranties, nor should bidders in making bids rely upon any representations or warranties.

13. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state in which the vehicle will be registered.  All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered.

14. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs from VEHICLE location.

15. Common carrier arrangements should be made by the buyer.  PorschePlanet can assist in arranging delivery of the vehicle, by experienced classic motorcar carriers if requested.

16. Sellers make no warranties, guarantees, representations, or promises of any type or kind.  Said seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

17. The entire risk as to the originality and the inspection of this vehicle before you purchase is up to the buyer.

18. SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND END THIS AUCTION AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.  Seller shall not be held liable for any such cancellation for any reason whatsoever.
